Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tsp. plus ¾ cup butter
3 cups sugar
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
10 to 12 oz. white baking chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
½ tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. root beer concentrate (found with the extracts and baking decorations)

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil. Use 1 teaspoon of butter to grease the foil.

In a large saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk and ¾ cup butter. Bring to rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. If you have a candy thermometer, the temperature needs to be between 234 and 238º.

Remove from heat and stir in baking chips and marshmallow cream until melted. Pour ⅓ of mixture into a small bowl. Into the small bowl add in the vanilla extract and mix well.

To the larger portion in saucepan, add in the root beer concentrate and mix well. Pour this into the prepared pan. Then top with the vanilla mixture. Spread vanilla mixture evenly over the top. You can also lightly use a knife to create swirl patterns being careful not to over mix (because you'll lose the design effect.)

Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm. Use foil as handles to remove from pan. Cut into 1-inch squares and enjoy!
