1 cup White Cornmeal
1/3 cup All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Grease small (6") iron skillet and place in skillet until hot.
Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, and baking soda together in a small bowl.
Add buttermilk and stir until mixture is moist, almost like pancake batter. Do not overstir.
Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake in oven until lightly brown..
