2½ cups flour
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 lb. butter, melted
3 Tbs. Sugar
4 egg yolks
1½ pkgs. dry yeast

FILLING:
3 cups ground walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Raisins, optional
Fold beaten egg whites into nuts.

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk, let stand about 5 minutes to proof. Add all ingredients into large bowl of mixer, knead about 5 minutes, till dough is smooth and loosens from bowl. Put dough in Tupperware bowl which has been brushed with oil. Refrigerate overnight. Take out and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before rolling out.

Divide dough into 2 pieces roll out, fill with filling and roll up (jelly roll fashion). Let rise 2 hours before baking. Bake 45/minutes at 350º.
