filtered water
1 c rice
1⅓ c sugar
½ c chopped almonds
1 T vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
12 oz. evaporated mik
1½ c milk
1 liter water-filtered
ice

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice, cinnamon stick and almonds in filtered water for at least 5 hours.

Strain and discard the water.

Blend the rice, cinnamon and almonds with the evaporated milk until completely ground.

Strain into a pitcher. Add sugar, vanilla and milk.

Mix well until combined.

Add filtered water.

Shake well.
Serve over ice.
