onion soup mix
oatmeal
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
For each Kilo of ground beef, add 2 eggs, 1 package of onion soup mix, 1 cup of oatmeal. Mix well with hands
For hamburger patties, divide into 10 balls
Flatten with hands


For meatloaf
Divide mix into 2 equal parts, pushing down firmly into loaf pan
Cover tops with lots of ketchup
Bake at 350º for about 1 hour

Hamburgers can be frozen to be use as needed just remember to use wax paper between patties before freezing.
Meatloaf can be frozen before or after cooking . Also great sliced for sandwiches.
