1 lb butter
1 295 ml bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1- 400g pretzel sticks
1- 800 g bag of peanuts
1-550 g box of Shreddies
1- 500 g box of Cheerios

Step 1
In medium sauce pan melt on low heat
Butter
Worcestershire sauce
Celery seed
Garlic powder
Onion powder
(do not use salt for these as there is lots of salt in butter, pretzels & peanuts)

Step 2
In large roaster LAYER
Pretzel sticks
Bag of peanuts
Shreddies
Cheerios

Place in 250 º oven while wet mix is melting about 15 minutes. (DO NOT COVER AT ANYTIME)
Spoon about 1/3 cup of butter mix over dry and stir then back in oven for 30 minutes.
Repeat this until all butter mix is used.
Leave in the oven for 1 hour
Stir occasionally
Turn oven off and let sit in oven until cold
