2 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
2 cups flaked coconut
red and green cherries halved
Directions:
Directions:
Grease large cookie sheet
Dust sheet with flour
Beat egg whites, add salt and beat to soft peaks
Add sugar/ tbsp. at a time
Beat until very stiff
Fold in flavorings and coconut
Place approx. 1" apart on cookie sheet
Bake at 300º for 20 minutes
