1 c milk
pinch of salt
1 T butter
1 c flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk, salt and butter, add the flour and cook until thick, stirring. Add the egg and mix. Drop by spoonfuls in hot soup and cook about 15 minutes before serving.
