1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup All-Natural creamy (or crunchy) peanut butter
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper

2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs

3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Put dough into refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with fork tines in one direction and then in another direction to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake for about 10 minutes until cookies begin to brown.

5. Remove from oven. Let sit 2 minutes, then move to wire racks to cool completely.
