1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines Buttery)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (confectioners' sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, use mixer to cream together cream cheese and butter. Add in the egg and vanilla. Slowly add in cake mix and continue to mix until well blended.

3. Place powdered sugar into small, shallow bowl

3. Spray hands with cooking spray or rub in butter. Roll dough into 1 inch balls (ping-pong size balls), then into the powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

4. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes. Remove from oven. Let sit 2 minutes. Then place on wire racks to finish cooling.
