6 eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped sweet pickle
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
⅛ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
To boil the eggs: put eggs in medium pot. Cover eggs by 1" with water. Put on stove on high heat. Bring to boil. Boil for exactly 1 min. Remove from heat and cover pot with lid. Let stand for 20 min. Run cold water in pan until cool enough to handle. To easily peel off shells: crack egg shells and peel while under cold running water; cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, pickles, horseradish, mustard and salt. Refill egg whites with egg mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
