2 beaten eggs
¾ cup milk
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground sage
⅛ tsp pepper
1½ lbs ground beef
½ cup ketchup
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In bowl combine the eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground beef. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings but don't over mix. Spoon meat mixture into a loaf pan. Firmly pat meat to form the loaf. Bake for 1 hr, periodically spooning off excess meat drippings and fat. Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. When meat reaches 160º internally, remove from oven and spread ketchup glaze on top of loaf. Bake an additional 10 minutes longer. Slice and serve
