12 Scallops

4 tbsp Lemon Juice
4-5 tbsp Grated Gruyere Cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put 1 scallop on each shell, or 3 mussels in each small oven-proof dish. Put 1/2 tsp butter, 1 tsp wine, and ½ tsp lemon juice on each scallop, add salt and pepper and top each scallop with shredded cheese. Place scallop shells or oven-proof dishes in oven and bake until cheese is melted and scallops are opaque; about 3-4 minutes. If using scallop shells, place a sheet of crumbled aluminum foil on a baking tray in order to help keep the shells from tipping.
