3 cups Canned Pineapple chunks (drained)
1 cup Pineapple Juice (saved from chunks)
2 tbsp Flour
1 Egg, beaten
½ cup Sugar
8 oz Whipped Topping
⅛ bag Miniature Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and save juice. Mix flour and sugar together and set aside. Beat egg and stir in sugar/flour mixture. In a saucepan place pineapple juice and egg mixture and cook over medium heat until thick; let cool. Fold thickened mixture into whipped topping, then fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until ready to serve.
