Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4.5 cups sugar
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
2 tsp. vanilla
3.5 sticks butter
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
2x2 paraffin wax (if firmer candy wanted)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and milk on low until it is melted together, then increase heat to medium heat to bring to a boil. Sugar scorches easily so watch carefully. Boil sugar and Carnation milk 15 min. Be careful not to stir too often once it comes to a boil or the fudge will crystallize and have a grainy texture (maybe once every 5 min). Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until all is melted and well mixed. Use a wire wisk or mixer to whip more easily. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan and cool. Keep refrigerated.
