2 lbs lean hamburger
1 small onion
1 can chili beans
1 can tomato paste
1 32 oz tomato juice
1 large can petite diced tomato"s
2 Tsp. Chili powder
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Process the onions through a food chopper and cook with hamburger until it is browned and the onions are cooked.
In the slow cooker take the tomato paste and spread it on the bottom, then put in the chili beans and mix it into the paste, next add the browned hamburger and onions and chili powder mixing it up, Add the diced tomato's with juice, then add the tomato juice and stir until mixed. put the slow cooker on high until chili is hot then turn to low and heat for 2 hours. then enjoy.

* note the chili powder is a heaping Tsp. if you want it stronger add more chili powder.
