1 lb Cod
1 lb Shrimp
3 Cloves Garlic
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

14.5 oz Can of tomato’s
1 Onion Chopped
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 Red Pepper chopped
1 tsp Salt

1 14 oz Can Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Lime Juice

HOT SAUCE

4 Pickles Hot Cherry Peppers
½ Onion Chopped
¼ Cup Olive Oil
⅛ tsp Sugar

Cut cod into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a bowl with shrimp, garlic and salt.. Mix together then cover and place in fridge.

Into a pan and add oil, red and greed peppers and salt. Cook over medium heat 5-7 min until they start to soften. Add tomato, onion mixture 1tsp salt and cook 3 - 5 minutes. Most of the liquid will be evaporated.

Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add 2Tbsp lime juice, stir in fish turn off heat, cover pan an set aside for 15 minutes.

While stew is resting make the hot sauce. Combine hot peppers, onion, Olive Oil and sugar into food processor and blend.

Add 1/2 Fresh chopped cilantro and 2 Tbsp hot sauce.

Serve with rice.
