8 oz Chic Peas Dryed( do not use canned)
½ Cup Onion Chopped
¾ Cup Cilantro
¾ Cup Parsley
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 tsp Cumin
1½ tsp Coriander
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

For Flour Mixture

¼ Cup Flour
⅓ Cup Water
2 tsp Baking powder

SAUCE

⅓ Cup Tahini
⅓ Cup Greek yogurt
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
Mix ingredients together. If to thick you can add up to ¼ Cup water.

Place chic peas in a bowl and cover with water about 3 inches above the Chic peas and cover with Saran Wrap for 24 hours.

Place in a food processor Onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, garlic, coriander, salt and cayenne pepper. Pulse until mixture looks like pesto. Then add the chic peas and pulse again about 6 times, wipe down sides and pulse another 6 times. ( Should be the size of steel cut oats)

Next mix together the flour and water until well combined. Put in Microwave for 40 sec stirring every 10 seconds. Stir and then add the baking powder

Stir this into the falafel mixture and form into balls. Can be frozen at this point and cooked later.

Cook in Oil at 325º for 5 Min.

Will start to float to top when done.
