4 flour tortillas
Olive oil
½ C mini pepperoni
1 C pizza sauce
1 C fresh mozzarella cheese in pearls
Directions:
Directions:
Place tortillas on baking sheet, brush with olive oil and bake at 350º for 5 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over tortillas, put about 5-10 pearls of cheese on the sauce, then sprinkle pepperoni's on the cheese. Bake again until cheese is bubbly. Cut into quarters and serve. Add additional toppings to your liking.

You can make your own pizza sauce: 1 C tomato sauce, ½ tsp each of garlic powder, basil and oregano and a of pinch salt and pepper.
