Beef Brisket - 4 Lb.
Beef Broth - 2 cups
Red Cooking Wine - 1/4 cup
Worcestershire Sauce -2 TBS
Seasoned Salt
Vegetable oil - small amount to keep from sticking
Potato and/or Carrots (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven 350 degrees

2) Drizzle vegetable oil in baking dish. Place beef in dish, fat side up. Score fatty side of beef diagonally.

3) Add broth, wine, Worcestershire. Sprinkle with salt

4) Add cut carrots and/or potatoes if desired

5) Cover tightly with aluminum foil & cook 5 hours. Should register 165-170 degrees on meat thermometer.


Let roast "rest" before cutting.
