1 stick Margarine
1 C Flour
1/2 5o 2/4 C Chopped nuts
1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Confectioner's Sugar
Large Cool Whip (12 oz)
2 regular size Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 1/2 C Milk
1 t Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer
Melt margarine and mix with flour and nuts. Press in 9x13 in pan and bake at 350º 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer
Mix softened cream cheese, 1 C Cool Whip, and sugar. Spread over baked shell. Refrigerate about an hour.

3rd Layer
Mix pudding with milk and vanilla. Spread over 2nd layer.

4th Layer:
Spread res of Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts. Keep refrigerated.
