5lb bag of peeled and boild potatoes
butter
1 lb old cheddar grated
1 onion grated

or sauerkraut fried with lb of bacon

4 cps flour
1 3/4 cp cold water
1 egg yk
1 tbsp oil
1-2 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix dry ingrediens and make well. Mix water with egg yolk and oil and pour in well. Mix should be soft, just keep adding flour till non sticky. Set aside and cover to let set for a bit. Roll our and cut in strips.

Mash potatoes add onion , butter and cheese.

You can also do sauerkraut with bacon.

make small square and stuff with filling and fold over and press sides closed .

drop in boiling water till floats. Pu in casserole dish and keep butter on them not to stick. You can freeze on parachment paper then put in zip lock bags or fry up immediately then put in a casserolee and freeze or container to serve.

Serve with sour cream
