1½ pounds hamburger
½ head shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Bread dough
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. Saute cabbage and onion until soft. Season and combine with ground beef. After bread dough has risen, divide into portions that will roll out into 5-6 inch circles. Fill centers with cabbage-meat mixture. Bring edges up over filling. Seal and turn upside down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush each roll with melted butter. Let rise for for 1 hour and bake in preheated 350º oven until browned, about 25 minutes..
