1 quart ripe, large cucumbers
2 green bell peppers
2 C vinegar
1 C sugar
2 Tbsp white mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Pare cucumbers. Cut in quarters and remove seeds. Put through a food chopper. In a pot, add cucumbers, onions, peppers and a small amount of water to prevent sticking. Cook until tender. Add sugar, mustard and vinegar and heat. Add mixture, cook until thick and clear. Seal at once.
