Mix
6 C sifted flour
1 C dry milk
1/4 C baking powder
3 tsp salt
1 C fat (a kind that needs no refrigerating)

Biscuits
1 C mix
About ⅓ C water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together 3 times. Cut or but in fat until throughout mixed. Sift mix lightly into a glass jar or tin (do not pack). Close tightly & store on shelf. Use biscuit mix in biscuits. Add 1 C mix and add about ⅓ cup water or milk. Enough to make a soft dough. Roll or pat to desired thickness. Bake in hot oven, 450º 12 to 15 minutes.
