1 C cornmeal
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 C butter
1/3 C brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 large egg
1 C buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease and lightly flour a square baking pan. Whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients and pour into the flour mixture. Mix well, but do not over mix. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes
