- 4 veal cutlets
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- worchestshire sauce
- 1 small jar mushrooms drained
- 1/2 bell pepper
- flour

Directions:
Directions:
- slice bell pepper into strips, and saute in oil until soft
- pound and tenderize cutlets and cut into bite size pieces
- salt and pepper and dredge cutlets in flour
- brown meat in 4 tbsps of oil
- drain oil and return meat to cast iron skillet
- on medium heat let meat brown a little more
- quickly add enough hot water to barley cover
- add mushrooms, bell pepper and wine and several dashes of worchestshire ( enough to make it light brown color)
- stir and let cook about 3-5 minute
