Ingredients:  
- 3 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 4 veal cutlets
-2 eggs
- cream or milk
- 4 slices of parmesan cheese ( block)

Directions:
Directions:
- bake hamburger buns until crisp
- grate buns into crumbs
-add grated cheese and parsley
- mix together by hand and set aside
- pound and tenderize veal cutlets
- salt and pepper each side
- combine egg and cream
-dip cutlets into egg mixture
-cover each side with breading
- fry in cast iron skillet, 1/3 full of cooking oil
- 3-4 times, and drain on paper towels
- place cutlets on cookie sheet and position slice of parmesan cheese covering each cutlet
- bake on top rack of oven until cheer melts, 3-4 minutes
