3 T Butter
1 T Salt
3/8 cup Onion, Chopped
6 cups Chicken Broth
(2) 10 oz. pkg Chopped Broccoli
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb American Cheese
6 cups Milk
1 T salt
Pepper (to taste)
Garlic Powder (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients except milk and cheese.
Cut cheese into chunks.
Stir milk and cheese into soup mixture and stir until cheese is completely melted.

When re-heating soup, thin with canned chicken broth.
