-1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 onion
-1/2 bell pepper
-2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 large potatoes riced

-brown meat in large skillet
- add remaining ingredients
