1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup Chopped Onions
2 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing
2 T Williams Chili Seasoning
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 can Black Beans
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1/3 cup Chopped Cilantro
2 cups Chicken Broth
Lime Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee' onions and minced garlic in 2 T olive oil.
Add chopped rotisserie chicken, 1/2 package Ranch dressing, and 2 T Williams chili seasoning.
Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can Rotel, 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can black beans, 1 can Ranch style beans, 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, 2 cups chicken broth, and several dashes lime juice.
Cook on medium temperature until hot and bubbly.
 

Tortilla Strips

5 Corn Tortillas
Dash of Olive Oil
Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tortillas in strips and sprinkle with olive oil and salt.
Spread strips on baking sheet and bake in 375 degree oven until crispy.
Add to soup just before serving.
