-1 cup chopped onions
- 1lb of Italian sausage
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 12oz of rigatoni
- 4 slices of mozzarella
- 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
- in skillet, brown the sausage and onions and drain
- add sauce to skillet and * optional to add mushrooms
-in a separate pot cook the rigatoni
- pour sauce and sausage mixture over rigatoni and top with mozzarella
- bake at 350 degrees for 20 min until boiling
