2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated raw carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. corn oil
½ c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat oil and sugar together; add carrots and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Mix well then stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
