1 c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. margarsine
2 eggs
2¼ c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
2 c. diced apples

Crumbs:
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In mixing bowl cream sugar, brown sugar and margarine. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sour milk. Mix well. Fold in apples. Place in floured and greased cake pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
