2 - 8 oz bricks cream cheese, softened
1/3 C sour cream
2 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Bacon bits to taste
Pecan bits/pieces to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened cream cheese.
Mix in sour cream, dry ranch and shredded cheese until thoroughly combined
Form mixture into ball in mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Mix pecans and bacon bits and pour onto plastic wrap
Place chilled cheese ball on pecan/bacon mixture, roll to coat
Bring up edges of plastic wrap to form coated cheese ball into evenly formed ball
Wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve

Serve with a variety of crackers and/or sliced fresh vegetables
