1 bundle parsley, leaves finely chopped
1 bundle cilantro, leaves finely chopped
3 tbsp caper, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbps red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

Put parsley, cilantro, capers and garlic in a medium mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add the vinegar, salt, red and black pepper and stir. Pour in the olive oil and mix until well combined. Let sit for 30 minutes so that the flavors blend
