Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
 

Dry Rub

4 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/16 tsp ground ginger

Stir together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month.
