2 c. Chicken broth
1 c jasmine rice, uncooked
1/4 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Lime juice
15 oz. can black beans (or less), rinsed and drained
1/2 c fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large deep sauce pan, Add chicken broth, uncooked rice, salt and garlic. Bring to boil. Mix everything well. Reduce the heat to low boil simmer. Cover with lid and simmer 15-20 minutes, until rice is cooked thoroughly.
Remove from heat and mix in lime juice, black beans (I use 1/2 of can) and fresh cilantro. Taste and adjust seasonings.
