1 bag mixed vegetables
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can Durkee Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain the vegetables. Combine with soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, black pepper, and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 qt casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remainder of cheese and fried onions. Bake 5 minutes uncovered for 5 minutes more.
