1 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 c butter
1 egg, slightly beaten

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter and eggs well. Add rhubarb. Add flour, salt, etc., then stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 5o 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
(I got 46 cookies, baked 11-12 minutes.
