1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Chopped onion
1/3 c. Chopped bell pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
Tobasco sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, Sauté bell pepper, onion, jalapeño pepper until clear. Melt Velveeta in microwave safe bowl. Mix together sautéed veggies, pimentos, and cheese. Add ground beef. Next, add chili powder, butter and garlic salt. Add tabasco to taste. Keep warm in crockpot and serve with chips or crackers.
