Three to four pounds of Korean style cut short ribs (1/2 inch thickness)
1 bottle of Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. of garlic powder
4 tbsp. of onion powder
1/2 cup minced dry onions
1/2 cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the short ribs in between the rib bones to get 4-5 pieces out of each rib section.
Place the short ribs in a gallon freezer bag.
Pour all other ingredients into a bowl and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour marinade into the bag and marinade overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Cook in a 425º oven for 20-25 minutes and turn oven to broil for the last five minutes.

Or, grill over charcoal until crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle.
