1 lb ground beef, browned
2 C mashed potatoes
1 C frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ C shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Add frozen vegetables and soup. Mix well.
Scoop into 8x8 baking dish, level out
Mix cheese into the mashed potatoes
Spread potato and cheese mixture over the ground beef mixture.
Bake in preheated 350º oven until potatoes become light brown.
