10 pounds Pork Loin Rib Roast with bone
1 large Reynolds Oven Bag
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup water
Sliced onions for top of roast
Fresh garlic slices
Pepper
Canned pork gravy

Sauerkraut
(2) 2 pound packages of fresh sauerkraut
2 large onions chopped
1-2 sweet apples (Gala) chopped up
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
Caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Pork: Make random slits with a knife to insert garlic slices on top of the roast. Sprinkle with pepper. Prepare bag according to directions on oven bag before placing roast inside. Place roast inside with sliced onions on top. Close bag. Cook at 325 degrees for approximately 2 - 2/12 hours. Skim fat from drippings. Add drippings to canned pork gravy.

Sauerkraut: Sauté onions. Rinse sauerkraut and add rest of ingredients including the sautéed onions. Cook in slow cooker until done.
