2 pounds frozen has brown potatoes
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk or sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar

Topping
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted margarine

9 x 13 Pan 350 F

Grease baking dish. Put potatoes in dish and covers with 1.2 cup melted margarine. Sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper. Combine with milk (I use 1/2 milk & 1/2 sour cream) and soup. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine cornflakes and margarine and spread over potatoes.

Bake 350 F for about 1 hour.
