4 quarts sliced medium cucumbers
6 medium white onions sliced
2 green peppers, shopped
1/3 c. coarse medium salt
3 c. of sugar
3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsps. mustard seed
3 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel cucumbers. Slice thin. Place in a large pot.
Add onions, peppers and whole garlic.
Mix thoroughly and let stand 3hours.
Drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture.
Heat just to a boil.
Seal in hot jars.
Makes 8 pints. DON'T OVERCOOK!
