2-3 lb Dried Navy Beans
1 stalk Celery chopped
1 Onion Chopped
Ham Bone or Scraps of Ham or Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and soak beans overnight. Drain then cover with water in small stock pot. Add celery, onions, ham or bacon and boil until beans are tender (2-3 hours). Season to taste. This soup is best if made several days ahead and reheated when needed. Water may be added if soup thickens too much.
