3 tbsp Butter
½ cup Grated carrots
1 small Onion, grated
2 tbsp Sliced almonds
¼ cup Flour
¼ tsp Pepper
Dash Salt
1½ cups Milk
1 Can Chicken Broth
8 oz Grated Velvetta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter, carrots, onion and almonds on high for 3 minutes, stirring often. Blend together flour, salt and pepper and add to above. Put all above ingredients in a microwave-safe container, mix with milk and chicken broth. Microwave on high, stirring often, for 7-8 minutes. While mixture is hot, add cheese, stir until melted.
