1 box cake mix
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 C oil
1/2 C powdered sugar (only if not using frosting)

Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until thoroughly moistened. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool before removing from cookie sheet.

These cookies are yummy and very easy to make! The kids
can help with this one. You can also top with frosting if you don't
