4 Cups hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and then mash sweet potatoes. Mix sweet potatoes, orange juice, margarine, salt, and 1 cup of marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Top with marshmallows and return to oven to slightly brown.
